MURRAY, Chief Justice.

This is a suit by Carmen Jacaman, Co-Executrix of the Estate of M. S. Jacaman, Deceased, upon two fire insurance policies executed respectively by Fidelity and Guaranty Insurance Underwriters, Inc., and Western Fire Insurance Company, covering the “contents” of La Popular Store, while located in a two-story metal-roof building located at 415^-17 Convent Avenue, Laredo, Texas. One of the policies was in the sum of $5,000 and the other in the sum of $10,000.
