THE MATTER under consideration is the next phase of a seemingly endless legal feud between John Richard Homes Building Company, LLC, (JRH) and Kevin Adell (Adell), a Debtor, who was formerly before this Court as a Chapter 11 debtor, and who, on May 12, 2005, converted his Case to a case under Chapter 7.
