McMILLAN, District Judge.

In this ease the plaintiff, the State Life Insurance Company, by amended original petition, complains of R. L. Daniel, acting as commissioner of insurance of the state of Texas, Charles Lockhart, acting as treasurer of the state of Texas, and James V. Allred, acting as Attorney General of the state of Texas. Plaintiff alleges that it is a life insurance corporation chartered under the laws of the state of Indiana, and a citizen of that state; that the defendants are, each and all of them, citizens of the state of Texas, and reside in Travis county in that state.…
