Following a bench trial, judgment was entered in favor of defendant in this personal injury action. Plaintiff appeals contending that:(1) The trial court erred in admitting the testimony of a defense witness whose name was not revealed prior to trial;(2) The trial court erred in quashing plaintiff’s subpoena for production of documents; and(3) The judgment is contrary to the manifest weight of the evidence.
