The instant matter is before this Court on appeal by Mrs. Dreama Bowden (hereinafter “Mrs. Bowden”), as administratrix of the estate of her late husband, Lowell . Bowden (hereinafter “Mr. Bowden”), plaintiff below and petitioner herein. Mrs. Bowden appeals two orders entered by the Circuit Court of Monroe County.
