MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
LIMBAUGH, Senior District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certification (#41). Plaintiffs filed the instant suit on April 29, 2002, against Union Pacific Railroad Company (“UPRR”), and subsequently filed their Amended Complaint on June 4, 2002. The Amended Complaint in this case alleges, on behalf of six plaintiffs, a wide variety of types of racial discrimination by UPRR in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5 et seq., and the Missouri Human Rights Act.
