This is an action of ejectment for land in the village of Newburgh, and its object is to settle a disputed boundary line. The value of the property in controversy is small, but the questions involved are of sufficient consequence to demand something more than a mere decision. The plaintiff and the defendant are the owners of adjoining lands, the plaintiff on *435the south and the defendant on the north, upon a line running nearly east and west, and known as the south line of the Glebe lands.
