The plaintiff-appellee, Anderson Banking Company, Administrator of the Estate of James Edward Jones, Deceased, brought this action against the defendant-appellant, Central Indiana Railway Company and the defendant-appellee, American Transport Company, Inc., for damages for the alleged wrongful death of the appellee’s decedent, James Edward Jones.
