This was a suit by the appellant’s relator against, the appellees, on the official bond of the appellee Philip J. Neff, as a constable of Madison township, in Allen county, Indiana, to recover damages for certain alleged breaches of the condition of said bond. To the relator’s complaint the appellees jointly answered in nine paragraphs, of which the first was a general denial, and each of the other paragraphs was a special answer.
