BE A ANN SMITH, Justice.
Tom Hall claimed that Lone Star Gas Company excessively used its easement and violated the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (“DTPA”). The trial court rendered summary judgment for Lone Star on several stated grounds. Mr. Hall appeals the trial court’s order in various points of error alleging there existed genuine material fact issues. Mr. Hall also claims the trial court erred in granting summary judgment because he had improper notice of the hearing.
