Stephen E. DePasquale, M.D. (“Plaintiff’) was employed by Chattanooga Gyn-Oncology, LLC. Plaintiffs employment was terminated in August 2006. The parties entered into a negotiated settlement agreement (the “Agreement”), whereby Plaintiff was to receive $49,500 in severance pay, conditioned upon his abiding by the terms of the Agreement.
