This is a suit for relief hy injunction. It appears from the pleadings and the evidence that the plaintiff is the owner of a business lot in Nebraska City, and the defendant bank is the owner of the east half of a like lot, adjoining plaintiff’s lot on the west. Roth properties front on the principal business street of that city extending east and west. The lots are about 48 feet in -width.
