This action in trespass was initially brought by Vincent Incollingo as guardian on behalf of his minor daughter, Mary Ann Incollingo (Mary Ann) and by Mary Ann’s parents, Vincent Incollingo (Mr. Incollingo) and Connie Incollingo (Mrs. Incollingo) in their own right against Peirce G.
