Ronald E. Lewis sued Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, LLC, and Bianca Celestin seeking damages for false imprisonment and malicious prosecution arising out of Lewis’s arrest at the Ritz Carlton in Atlanta and his subsequent prosecution for criminal trespass. The trial court granted Ritz Carlton’s and Celestin’s motion for summary judgment. Lewis appeals, arguing that material issues of fact remain for a jury. For the reasons set forth below, we find no error and affirm.
