This is a summary proceeding for eviction for failure to pay rent timely. Plaintiffs/lessors, Anna Olivia Boudreaux Met-zinger and Louise Ruth Boudreaux Garcia, brought suit to evict defendants/lessees, Charles V. Bundrick and his wife, Mary Margaret Baudier Bundrick, from a three and one-half acre tract of land located in Lafayette Parish1.
