OPINION *

Appellant Raymond Zong, proceeding pro_ se, appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania granting the motion by Appellee Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner and Smith, Inc. (“Merrill Lynch”) to enforce a settlement and dismissing this case with prejudice. For the reasons set forth below, we will affirm the order of the District Court. 1
