This is a suit brought by Philip Armato, a creditor of the succession of his late brother, Frank Armato, in the sum of $545 against Mary Ross, widow of the’ deceased (now wife of Henry Gronweg), and Henry Gronweg, claiming that the defendants are responsible individually and in solido for the payment of the debt due him by the succession of his brother.
