This case is here on a divorced wife’s appeal from a Family Court justice’s denial of her motion to award her alimony and to adjudge her former husband in contempt.

The final decree of divorce in this case was entered on December 10, 1971. It incorporates a so-called “Property Settlement” between the parties that directs the husband to convey his interest in the marital domicile to the wife, to pay future installments of interest and principal on an existing first mortgage, and, pending discharge of the mortgage indebtedness, to pay water bills, taxes and insurance premiums on the property.…
