This was an action brought in the Court of Common Pleas by the plaintiff to recover $75,000 damages on account of the alleged negligent, reckless, and wilful killing of her husband, Ruther W. Bennett, while he was engaged in the employment of the defendant as a locomotive fireman. The action is brought for the benefit of plaintiff and her three infant childrén. The case was heard before his Honor, Judge Sease, and a jury at September term of the Court, for Fairfield county, 1913, and resulted in a verdict for the plaintiff for…
