This is an action to set aside a deed executed by the defendant A.J. Newell on the 1st day of October, 1917, in which he conveyed to the defendant, Borghild Newell, his wife, the SE 1/4 of section 2 and NE 1/4 of section 11, township 145, range 58 in Griggs county, North Dakota. The trial court found the facts and conclusions of law favorable to the plaintiff and from judgment thereon defendants appeal for trial de novo in this court. The defendant A.J. Newell inherited the said land free from encumbrances. It was and is a valuable farm having a seven-room house, a large barn and outbuildings…
