This is the first of two mortgage foreclosure actions that the pro se Defendant has attempted to remove from the Connecticut Superior Court to this Court. See Bank of America Nat’l Ass’n v. Derisme, No. 3:10cv900 (MRK) (D. Conn, filed June 8, 2010). 1 Fabiola Derisme was Defendant’s legal name when she signed the mortgage agreement at issue in this case. Before this case was filed in the Connecticut Superior Court, Defendant changed her name to Fabiola Is Ra El Bey upon joining the Moorish Science Temple, a heterodox Islamic sect founded in 1913…
