MEMORANDUM OPINION
THOMAS F. HOGAN, District Judge.
Pending before the Court is plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction. The parties submitted briefs and exhibits on the motion, and the Court held a hearing on July 28, 1997. After considering the submissions of the parties and the arguments made at the healing, the Court will grant plaintiffs motion and will enjoin defendant from continuing to use plaintiff’s mark.
