The petitioner seeks a review by writ of certiorari of the action of the Orange County Board of Tax Appraisers relating to the valuation of certain farm property owned by her individually in the town of Fairlee.
The listers appraised two parcels of real property owned individually by the petitioner together with real property owned jointly by the petitioner and her husband, R. DeWitt Mallary, as an entire, or single, farm unit at $172,200. On appeals to the board of civil authority the appraised value of the listers remained unchanged.
