This matter is before this Court on an appeal from the judgment of the Court below, entered February 8, 1943, sustaining the motion of several defendants to quash the indictment against the corporation and twelve individuals. As to this entry, from which this appeal is taken, the records are incomplete. The record discloses the judgment of the Court below to be in substance: the cause came on for hearing upon the motion of - to quash the indictment as to him; and of the written decision of the Court thereon rendered July 8th, and the Court finds that said motion to quash…
