Appeal, by permission, from an order of the *882County Court of Rensselaer County (McGrath, J.), entered June 26, 2006, which denied defendant’s motion pursuant to CPL 440.10 to vacate the judgment convicting her of the crimes of robbery in the third degree and robbery in the second degree (two counts), without a hearing.
