Pending before this Court is Defendant’s Motion to Suppress Evidence, ECF No. 21. For the reasons that follow, Defendant’s Motion is. denied in part and granted in part.

L BACKGROUND

On March 8, 2016, the Defendant was charged with possession of a firearm and/or ammunition by a convicted felon, possession with intent to distribute a quantity of heroin, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
