BAUGH, Justice.

Appeal is from a judgment of the district court granting to appellee a permanent injunction against the Railroad Commission restraining jt from enforcing its order of November 18, 1933, wherein the commission undertook to deny to appellee the right, under the certificate of public convenience and necessity held by it, to serve Corpus.Christi, or to pick up or deliver property at intermediate points between San Antonio and Corpus Christi.
