OPINION
TEAGUE, Judge.
Ernest Orville Baldree, henceforth appellant, was twice indicted for committing the offense of capital murder. One indictment alleges in pertinent part that he murdered Homer Howard while in the course of attempting to commit or committing the offense of robbery of Homer Howard. The other indictment alleges that he murdered Nancy Howard while in the course of attempting to commit or committing the offense of robbery of Nancy Howard. See V.T.C.A. Penal Code § 19.03(a)(2).
