HEANEY, Senior Circuit Judge.
Kurt B. Knight and William Andrews, Missouri state prisoners, appeal pro se from the district court’s order granting ap-pellee’s prison officials summary judgment in appellants’ 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action. Appellants claim their due process and eighth amendment rights were violated when they were retained in punitive detention for thirteen days beyond their ten-day sentence for a conduct violation. We affirm.
