Sirene S. Zakirov petitions for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals affirming without opinion an immigration judge’s denial of his application for asylum and withholding of removal. Zaki-rov claimed past persecution in his native Russia and a well-founded fear that he would suffer from future persecution on account of his Tatar nationality if he were to return to what is now the Russian Federation.
