This is an application for the writ of prohibition to restrain the execution of an order of seizure and sale granted by the Judge of the Fourth District Court, in the suit of Edward Thompson v. Rosette E. Storrs and husband, from which judgment a suspensive appeal has been tafeen.

The relator avers that her appeal has been wrongfully dismissed by the District Judge on the ground of the insufficiency of the surety, and that her property lias been seized to satisfy the judgment or order-appealed from j that the appeal bond is good and solvent as shown by the evidence; and the said Court is…
