STATEMENT

Before the Court is Plaintiff Scott Palumbo’s (“Palumbo”) Motion to Waive Fil*936ing Fee Pursuant to 88 U.S.C. § 4328(h)(1). ECF No. 3. For the following reasons, the motion is granted.
