—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for tortious interference with contract, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Lally, J.), dated October 10, 2001, which granted the motion of the defendants New York Racing Association, Inc., and Kenneth Noe, Jr., and the separate motion of the defendants Teleview Racing Patrol, Inc., Francis Langton, and Dietmar Petrat, for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
