In a matrimonial action in which the parties were divorced by judgment entered September 14, 1990, the defendant appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Adams, J.), dated September 30, 2004, as denied his motion, in effect, to reject a report of the same court (Sacks, J.H.O.), dated May 13, 2004, granted the plaintiffs cross motion to confirm the report, and directed that the parties’ residences be listed for sale and sold as soon as practicable, as provided by the judgment of divorce.
