An appeal from a decree dismissing plaintiff’s bill of complaint upon motion of defendant for want of equity. The bill is very lengthy, and consists in large part of irrelevant narratives and recitals of evidence, rather than statements of ultimate facts. The material allegations contained in it are in substance as follows:
