This cause, in replevin, was .tried before the court without a jury. The court found for defendants and plaintiff appealed. Plaintiff based its cause on the contention that it is the owner and entitled to the possession of the electric light fixtures in the Drake Hotel at Carthage, Mo. Defendant Farm & Home Saving & Loan Association claims the title to the fixtures by virtue of being the purchaser at a foreclosure sale under a deed of trust given by defendant Drake Hotel Company.
