On the 5th day of December, 1907, the appellant brought this suit against appellee, Ella Moore, for damages in tile sum of one thousand dollars. It was alleged that said defendant on November 7, 1907, through one W. W. Barr, constable, wrongfully ejected plaintiff from a certain house and the contents thereof in which plaintiff was then carrying on the business of a photographer, of which contents plaintiff was the owner, and appropriated the same to her own use.
