This matter comes before the Court on the motion of a non-party (Thomasville Furniture Industries, Inc., hereinafter “Thomasville”) to enforce a protective order between it and the parties in this litigation. The plaintiffs in these actions are retail distributors of furniture. Defendant is a furniture manufacturer. Plaintiffs are challenging defendant’s new marketing policy which restricts their area and methods of selling furniture to the public.
