In this appeal, claimant-appellant, Brandon Barnett, seeks reversal of the Office of Workers’ Compensation (“OWC”) ruling that dismissed his claim for benefits. We affirm.

I. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

On about January 9, 2002, Barnett, who was employed by A & R Transportation (“A & R”), was involved in a work accident while on site at one of A & R’s warehouse facilities.1 Barnett and his supervisor, Louis Cox, were performing some mechanical work on a pickup truck.
