THE MATTER under consideration before this Court is a claim asserted by TwinEagles Land Group I, LLC, (TwinEa-gles) presented to this Court in a one-count Complaint in which TwinEagles named Chicago Title Insurance Company (Chicago Title), Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund (The Fund) and NationsBank, N.A. as defendants.
