Appellees, members of Agnew Court, No. 107, of the Women’s Catholic Order of Foresters, brought mandamus against appellant, a fraternal beneficiary society organized under the laws of Illinois, and two officers of appellant, asking that the writ of mandamus issue requiring appellant and its said officers to restore appellees to all rights as members of said order, and to reinstate said Agnew Court to its place as a subordinate court of said order, and to expunge all reference to its suspension from the records of said order.
