Daniels v. Marion Brick Corp.

On January 26, 1967, Roger Daniels filed a complaint in the circuit court for the county of Allegan against Marion Brick Corporation. On May 31, 1967, an amended complaint was filed joining the remaining defendants. The amended compláint incorporated the original by reference.
