This is a suit upon a beneficiary certificate issued by appellant, a fraternal association. The declaration is sufficiently stated in 78 Ill. App. 162, to which we here refer. After that decision the cause was redocketed below. Defendant filed a plea of the general issue and with it a stipulation by the parties that defendant might introduce any matter of defense it desired to prove, as if specially pleaded.
