YOUNG, Justice.

Appellee’s suit was for alleged amount of monthly salary due plus a.bonus on number of certain articles manufactured or produced. On trial to the court, judgment was rendered in his favor for $2,810, from which defendants L. M. Glaseo, individually, and operating under the name of Merry-Go Sales Company, also Jay-Bee Manufacturing Company, a corporation, have duly prosecuted this appeal.
