LONG, Justice.

This is a suit in trespass to try title brought by C. E. Boykin, H. J. Hedrick and W. S. Corley; Sr., against J. S. Rogers and wife, Eula = Rogers, Curtis Rogers and wife, Grace Rogers, and Curtis Rogers, Jr. The defendants answered by a plea of not guilty. The land involved is Lots 7 and 8, Block 34, Original Town of Colorado (now Colorado City) in Mitchell County, Texas, on which is located the Gosnell Hotel. Upon a trial before the court without a jury judgment was rendered for plaintiffs for title and possession of the land and all personal property in the hotel. From this…
