Allstate Insurance Company, defendant herein, appeals a judgment of the district court in favor of plaintiffs/appellees Harry and Faye Aucoin. Appellees have answered the appeal. For the reasons to follow, we affirm.
Appellees filed suit in the Twenty-Ninth Judicial District Court for damages sustained in an accident which occurred on F ebruary 25, 1995. It was alleged in the petition that John Doerner, the tortfeasor, drove his vehicle into the rear end of the Aucoin car, and that Aucoin sustained injuries as a result.
