Spencer Peters appeals the district court’s denial of his motion for a sentence reduction under 18 U.S.C. § 3582(e)(2),- A jury convicted Peters of both conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of cocaine *574base, or “crack,” and a related firearms conspiracy.
