HOBBY, Presiding Judge.

The question of controlling importance in this case, and which is presented under several assignments of error, is in effect whether a married woman can execute a valid bond for title, or executory contract to convey her separate real estate when she is joined by her husband and the instrument is properly acknowledged. Or, stated *552in another form, whether our courts can in a proper case decree a specific performance of such a contract against the wife.
