This is an appeal from an award made by the full Industrial Board of Indiana, denying appellant compensation under the Indiana Workmen’s Occupational Diseases Act.
Appellant’s amended application alleged that he was an employee of the appellee at its plant at Anderson, Indiana; that while so employed, he was exposed to an occupational disease and thereby became partially disabled and was entitled to collect compensation under the Occupational Diseases Act.
