The questions involved on this appeal were considered by a member of this court upon a motion for a temporary injunction (which had been denied by the judge of the circuit court) made pursuant to provisions of section 296 of the Civil Code of Practice. That motion was considered and determined by four of the members of this court and the opinion sustaining it and directing that the temporary injunction issue is reported in 186 Ky., 365, wherein the facts as well as the legal questions involved are set out in detail and we do not deem it necssary to…
